Inga Dmitruk is an international-level permanent makeup artist, trainer, and innovation leader, active in the beauty industry since 2008. She helps beginners establish themselves in the profession and leads her own permanent makeup academy in Vilnius. Since 2016, Inga has been actively sharing her knowledge, training professionals in the beauty industry. She is also the organizer of WULOP (World Universal League of Permanent Makeup) in the Baltic States, responsible for coordinating championships that promote the highest standards of mastery. Inga founded the online training platforms “PMU maratons” and “PMU Knowledge Subscription,” where specialists can learn remotely. She is a winner and judge of numerous championships and serves as an inspiration to anyone pursuing a career in permanent makeup.
